Types of Sand Making Machines

1. Impact Sand Maker
   Uses high-speed rotating impellers to throw materials, which then collide with 反击 plates or other materials for crushing. Produces well-shaped, cubic particles, ideal for high-quality construction sand.
2. VSI (Vertical Shaft Impact) Sand Maker
   A advanced type combining "stone-on-stone" and "stone-on-iron" modes. It offers adjustable particle sizes, high efficiency, and is suitable for both hard and soft materials.
3. Hammer Sand Maker
   Relies on rotating hammers to crush materials, with a simple structure and low cost. Best for low-to-medium hardness materials like limestone.
4. Cone Sand Maker
   Uses squeezing forces between a moving cone and a fixed cone. Suitable for secondary/tertiary crushing of medium-to-high hardness materials, with stable output.
5. Roller Sand Maker
   Crushes materials via rotating rollers (smooth or toothed). Low energy consumption but limited to low-hardness, low-viscosity materials.
   
   

Selection and Application Environments
