A 40-60 TPH (tons per hour) stone crushing plant produces graded construction aggregates from materials like limestone, granite, or basalt using a two-stage crushing and screening process.
Production Capacity: 60-80 tons per hour.
Core Equipment: Includes a vibrating feeder (ZSW650×2500), PE400×600 jaw crusher, PF1007 impact crusher, and 4YK1237 vibrating screen, connected by belt conveyors to ensure continuous crushing and screening.
Optional Equipment: Dust collectors and magnetic separators can be added to reduce emissions and remove iron impurities.
Applications: Small-scale quarrying, road construction, and concrete production.
Configuration: Stationary layout with return conveyor (B-3) to reprocess oversized materials, delivering 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-40mm finished aggregates.

Bulk stone materials (≤600mm) are fed into the jaw crusher evenly and continuously through a vibrating feeder, ensuring stable feeding and avoiding overload of the crushing equipment.
The jaw crusher performs coarse crushing of the raw materials, reducing the stone size to 100-200mm. It features a large crushing ratio, strong crushing capacity, and wear-resistant liners for long service life.
The coarsely crushed materials are conveyed to the impact crusher or cone crusher via a belt conveyor for medium and fine crushing, achieving the desired particle size (10-40mm) based on application requirements.
The crushed materials are sent to a vibrating screen for classification. Qualified products are collected as final aggregates, while unqualified materials are returned to the secondary crusher for re-crushing to ensure product uniformity.
Qualified aggregates are conveyed to storage silos or stockpiles by belt conveyors, completing the entire crushing process.
